COVID-19 Policy/Procedures

We have resumed normal business hours.

In order to assure the well being of our staff and patients, we have updated our office protocols in response to COVID-19. We are seeing patients by appointment only. Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle and call (412) 835-7474, to have a staff member escort you into the building. Everyone entering the building will have their temperature measured and will be asked COVID screening questions. Masks are required while in the office.

The office areas, exam rooms (including all equipment), and optical dispensing tables are cleaned and sanitized between patient encounters. All sampled frames are cleaned and sanitized before being returned to frame boards.
